That’s why we’re excited to introduce Referral Source Categories.

Choose a category for each referral source.

This new feature helps you recognize and organize every kind of referral source, not just the obvious ones. Now you can digitize, track, and grow referrals from anywhere—your professional network, your patient community, your team, or beyond.

Because when you can see where referrals are truly coming from, you can build stronger connections and grow smarter.

To utilize this feature, simply select a referral source category when creating a referral source. Once you do that, you'll be able to filter your activity and data reporting based on those categories.
