The set-up process takes less than 5 minutes. Just follow these steps:
Fill out your Practice Profile and Locations
Order custom Bright Cards
Create your Referral Source Profiles (one for each of your referring offices)
Connect the Bright Cards to the appropriate Referral Source Profile using our iPhone app
Give the Bright Cards to your referral sources and onboard them
Check your account Activity for real-time data and referrals

YES!
You can create an account and play around within our system without any cost.
You can also purchase Pilot Bright Cards. These cards are best used as a trial with one or two of your referring offices so you can get the hang of things before rolling out to your entire referral network.
There is no contract with Bright Referral, so if you decide to stop for any reason, you can. No questions asked. You pay for what you use.

Or follow these steps:
1. Go to the Locations page.
2. Add your location(s) on the locations page and save.
3. Go to your Practice page and scroll to the Google Reviews section.Select which location you want to pull Google Reviews from. Save your work.
Once you receive your Bright Cards in the mail, you can connect each card to the Referring Office of your choice using our iPhone app. Connecting cards takes just a moment, and once you're done, you will never need the app again.
*Please note that we do not currently have an Android app to connect cards. If you do not have an iPhone available to use for connecting cards, please let us know at the time of your card order so we can help you connect them.*

Remember to PUBLISH your referral source(s) within your Bright Referral account first. Once a referral source is published, you can connect Bright Cards to it.
Just tap the Bright Card to the patients smart phone. There is also a back-up QR code on every Bright Card in case the patient has trouble with the tap technology. Be sure to encourage the patient to share their contact information. Here is a video with more tips and tricks.

Right now, we do not have a way for each account user to adjust their email preferences. However, we are always working to improve the experience. Please submit a message in the footer below to share your ideas and needs.
Once you have an account made and a payment method supplied, you cannot manually add a discount code (we are working on this issue with Stripe). However, we can add it for you! Please submit a message in the footer below to get help with this.
If you have added a discount code when adding a payment method, your discount has been applied, but you won't see it reflected in your totals (we are working with Stripe to change this functionality). However, you will see the price change when the charges hit your account.
No problem. We use Stripe to ensure safe and secure payments on Bright Referral. Stripe is a global company used by thousands of businesses large and small to process payment.
To change your payment method, click on your name in the left side navigation.
Click on “Subscriptions and Billing”
Click on “Add payment method”. Once a new payment method is added, you can set it as default and delete the previous payment method.
No worries. You can reset it by clicking the “forgot password” link. This password is used on your browser experience and to log into the Bright Referral app on your phone.

Referring offices can receive a record of the referral in two ways:
With EMAIL ALERTS: When setting up your referral sources, include their email address(es) in the set-up form. This way, every time they refer a patient who shares their contact information, they will receive an email alert. This email alert will thank them for the referral, include a time stamp, and share the first name and last initial of the patient referred. This email can be saved/exported as a referral record.
With ACCOUNT ACCESS:
You can also give your referring offices "Referral Source Specific Access" to your Bright Referral account. With this access, they will be able to see ONLY the patients referred from their office to you. They will be able to see the contact information shared, any referral notes, and other details associated with the patient. They will also be able to add additional patient notes. If they do this, you can be alerted to the new note.

2. The one-time cost of Bright Cards - $5/Pilot card and $8/Laser card
3. The monthly subscription of $18/month for each referral source. Plus! A discount after 15 referral sources reducing the price to $12/referral source.
This pricing model allows you to only pay for what you want to use. And if you get one extra patient over the course of the year, Bright Referral pays for itself.
