At Bright Referral, we're always looking for small improvements that make a big difference in your day-to-day workflow. That's why we're excited to announce a simple but powerful enhancement: new referral alert emails now include the name of the Referral Source who sent the patient.

Know Exactly Who Sent the Referral
When a new referral arrives, your email notification will now clearly identify the practice, provider, or team that referred the patient.
Instead of opening Bright Referral to see where the referral originated, you'll have that information immediately available in your inbox.
Build Stronger Referral Relationships
Successful referral networks are built on strong relationships, and timely recognition goes a long way.
With the Referral Source name included in every alert email, it's easier than ever to:
Thank referring providers for their trust
Recognize high-value referral partners
Follow up on specific referrals when needed
Strengthen communication between practices
When you know who sent the referral right away, meaningful outreach becomes much more natural.
Especially Helpful for Multi-Location and Multi-Account Users
Many Bright Referral users manage referrals for multiple practices, locations, or providers.
Previously, users often needed to click into Bright Referral to determine which account a new referral belonged to. Now, the Referral Source information is included directly in the alert email, providing immediate context before you ever log in.
This means less clicking, less guessing, and faster response times for your team.
More Context, Right From Your Inbox
The goal of Bright Referral has always been to make referral management easier, more transparent, and more connected.
By including Referral Source names in new referral alert emails, we're helping practices stay informed, respond faster, and nurture the relationships that drive their growth.
Keep an eye on your next referral notification—you'll see the Referral Source front and center.
