We’re thrilled to announce a game-changing integration between Bright Referral and oral care giant, DentalMonitoring! Known as the first dental unicorn, DentalMonitoring has used the power of their revolutionary AI to combine the highest-quality patient care with innovative practice digitization to take the industry to new heights. This partnership is designed to empower practices with seamless workflows, smarter tools, and a data-driven approach to delivering high-quality care. To say we are excited is an understatement. Here’s what you need to know about this pivotal integration:


  • No More Manual Data Entry: Patient data flows effortlessly from Bright Referral into DentalMonitoring, saving Treatment Coordinators valuable time and reducing the risk of errors.

Ready to get the integration going? Here are step-by-step instructions. Be sure to watch the video above for more details.

  1. Log in to Bright Referral, navigate to the Integrations page, and click "Connect" to start the DentalMonitoring integration.


  2. Follow the 3 steps outlined on the next page and submit the account-specific DM API key.


    To get your DM API Key, follow these steps:

    -  Log into your DentalMonitoring dashboard - Click “My Account” - Select “Configure” next to Generate Your API Key - Check the disclaimer box to acknowledge API usage terms  - Select Bright Referral as the partner and click “Generate My API Key” - Enter your DentalMonitoring password when prompted - Click “Copy” to save the API key to your clipboard - Enter your DentalMonitoring password again for confirmation - Your key is now copied—paste it into the appropriate field in Bright Referral

  3. Make selections in the next 2 drop-down questions and click "save".


  4. You should see this success message. Now your referrals will flow into your DentalMonitoring "not-yet-monitored" page.
