5 Steps to get Bright Referral working for YOU.

  1. Learn about their referral process. The best way to get your referral network using their Bright Cards is positioning it as a solution for them. Most medical practices follow a super inefficient and non-HIPAA compliant referral process without even knowing it (they keep the paper referral pads in the back office, they have to rifle through the stack to find the right one, they have to fill it out by hand, they often take a picture of it to upload to the cloud, download to a computer, and upload again into their PMS... ick. That's like 5-10 mins of work for every referral) Once you know the issues/hurdles in their process, you can focus on how Bright Referral solves their problems. Bright Referral can make their referral process faster, easier, simpler, more compliant, easy to track, better for the patient, and result in making their practice look more innovative, modern, and patient-focused.   2. Schedule a lunch and learn or other high-touch event with the entire referring office.
