That one action unlocks valuable reporting across your entire account. Every dashboard, report, and referral source summary automatically updates to include treatment starts, giving you a complete picture of referral performance without any additional spreadsheets or manual tracking.

Never Lose Track of Scheduled Patients

One of the biggest challenges for many practices is remembering to follow up after a patient schedules an appointment.

To help, Bright Referral now sends a new weekly reminder highlighting patients who have scheduled an appointment but have not yet been marked as having started treatment.

You'll also find a dedicated Activity Feed filter that allows you to quickly view these patients, making it easy to confirm treatment starts and keep your reporting accurate.
